Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Union Foods Group is a New Orleans food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
