Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Charlotte. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around equipment calibration clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling equipment calibration. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
