Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Salt Lake City with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
