Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Mill Telecom is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
