Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath Drift Foods Group is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
