Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
