Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove Ember Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Buffalo with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
