Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Tampa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
