Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood River Markets Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
