Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Sacramento area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
