Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Columbus. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around equipment calibration clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling equipment calibration. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
