Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Mill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Milwaukee, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around meter readings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
