Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Tampa. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
