Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Virginia Beach, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
