Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
