Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Kansas City, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
