Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling guest bookings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
