Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Clear Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling carrier rates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
