Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
