Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Honolulu area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling field visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
