Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Maple Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around parts orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling parts orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
