Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove Corner Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
