Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen River Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Savannah plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
