Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tucson. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
