Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
