Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer onboarding clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
