Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Financial is a financial-services company in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account servicing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
