Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
