Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Hartford presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
