Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Summit Bright Markets is a Raleigh retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around pricing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling pricing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
