Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Banking Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
