Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Houston with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
