Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Amberfield Granite Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
