Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Fernwood Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 835 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
