Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Raleigh. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
