Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Raleigh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 353 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling reviews and feedback. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
