Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around equipment calibration clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
