Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Willow Auto Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around warranty claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
