Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
