Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Maple Medical designs and makes medical devices in Providence. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 699 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
