Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling event logistics. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
