Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Portland, OR)

Nova Keystone Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
