Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pine Manufacturing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
