Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
