Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service connections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling service connections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
