Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath North Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
