Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Pittsburgh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
