Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Pittsburgh with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
