Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
