Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Pittsburgh with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
